Alan Hoffman was hired by Prioress Sister Joella Kidwell to become the first lay person serving as Chief Operating Officer. Projects under his direction included renovating the church in 2004, establishing Hildegard Health Care Center for our infirm sisters and demolishing the Madonna Hall building.
