Albert A. Krampe, son of Bernard Krampe, was the monastery's Properties Superintendent, beginning in 1925. Marie Krampe Daunhauer, Albert's daughter,
helped copy the logs, property of the family, for the monastery archives in 2007.

Kordes Hall was built as a St. Benedict College residence hall. It became the Kordes Enrichment Center in 1978 and the Kordes Retreat Center in the early 2000's.
