This collection was sent to the Monastery Archives from the Ferdinand Benedictines who founded and served at Monasterio Reina De La Cruz, in Coban, Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. The files contain records of legal documents forming the coorporate association, deeds to property, correspondence with the motherhouse, formation of new members, daily governance and finances, various publications and liturgical books, ministries, and history.

These are yearbooks from Sacred Heart Model School. Ferdinand Benedictines have served on the staff since the year 2000. Sister Mary Joyce Trimble died in May, 2007, before the school year ended. She was a member of the Middle School staff for 8 years.
