IN FORMATION was the community in-house news letter from June, 1970, through September 12, 1988.

Mission Advancement raises funds to support monastery incomes. In 2011-2012 Sister Barbara Lynn Schmitz directed Mission Advancement activities.

This celebration was held at the end of Sister Kathryn Huber's second term The group was known as the Administrative Team.

WINGS, formerly IN FORMATION, was begun in September 1988 as a continuation of the community's newsletter.

This document was formulated by the Vocation Committee, Admissions Board, administration, and formation staff.

The Wellness Committee came out of the community's need for more emphasis and education on health and wellness. Sister Barbara Ann Offerman was chosen as first chairperson. Included in this file is a copy of WHOLISTIC ASSESSMENT TOOL, a copy of which was given to all community members to complete as a part of the Long-range Plan 2004.

Sisters are asked annually to complete these forms concerning ministries and residences.

There was a similar emergency preparedness plan for Marian Heights Academy which may be found in the academy collection.

THE DOVE served as the monastery's internal monastic news source from 1903-1984. It preceded INFORMATION and WINGS. Sister Dolorosa Hasenour translated the DIE TAUBE into English. A copy of the original is preserved for handling and research.
