Note
This file was created when an email was received from Br. Philip Smith, a Holy Cross brother who is now postulator for the cause of canonization of Br. Columba O'Neill. The Ferdinand Benedictine Sisters who attended Notre Dame University in the summer session of 1923 were: Cyrilla Myers, Theresa McFall, Placida Castrop, Jerome Schepers, Josephine Baskerville, and Seraphica Hofgesang. They introduced Sr. Lioba Holtz, a Benedictine at St. Walburg Monastery in Covington, KY, to Br. Columba, who is credited with curing her of a heart ailment.
