By 2014 the mission coordinator was called a deanery dean. She was elected by the mission group and, generally, accepted the responsibility of overseeing the deanery.

Following her were Sister Christine Kempf, Sister Betty Drewes, Sister Rose Wildeman, Sister Marilyn Schroering. During Sister Barbara Lynn's term as prioress, the title was changed to Monastery Coordinator.
