Note
This book was a gift to the monastery archives from Veronica Schafer, John Weber's niece. This is a history of Ferdinand Township schools from 1841 to 1941 with appendices through 1955. The author notes, (p. 34) that in 1931 Mary Krampe (Sr. Mary Regis Krampe, O.S.B. and in 1932 Amy Weyer (Sr. Adele Weyer, O.S.B.), received county honors. Included in the bound book, at the very end are articles about Ida P. Hagan and the Freedom Settlement, published by the Ferdinand News in 1955
