There is nothing specific to the monastery, though the ordinance would apply to any request the monastery may make of the Commission regarding land use. Currently (2021), zoning issues in the Town of Ferdinand are handled by the Board of Zoning Appeals, established according to Indiana Code 36-7-4-900.
