These blueprints were presented to the monastery by the Albert Krampe family in 2006 after the death of Bernard Krampe who fell heir to them after his father's death. They were originally among Albert A. Krampe's office files.

Kordes Enrichment Center programming began in Fall 1978. In 2001 the name was changed from Kordes Enrichment Center to Kordes Retreat Center. In 2006 the ministry was placed under the umbrella, Spirituality Ministry of Sisters of St. Benedict.
