All houses of the Federation of St. Gertrude were asked to submit reports or discussions held to begin the revision of the declarations and constitutions into what became the Listen I, II, III documents.

Sister Mary Anselm Hammerling, O.S.B., was president of the Federation when Listen I and Listen II were approved by Rome.

Some of these documents are undated but were surely issued before the LISTEN documents.
