John L. Carroll, attorney, represented the monastery and academy in the early 1970's for the financing of Madonna Hall and with the Seufert Construction & Supply Co., Inc., litigation.

Sister Carlita Koch was prioress at the time that the first easement was granted. Sister Kristine Ann Harpenau was prioress at the time the second easement was granted. Sister Anita Louise Lowe was prioress at the time the third easement was granted.
