Sister Helen Maurer, O.S.B., was a Grambling College, Louisiana, music professor.

Sister Theresita Schenk, a graduate of the academy and one of the monastery's outstanding musicians, played the organ and harp.

Sister Theresita Schenk received her Master of Music Education Degree in Organ from Indiana University.

Sister Helen Maurer gave this recital at the time that she was studying at Indiana University for her doctoral degree in Bloomington. This recital has been preserved on a CD and is available in the monastery library.
