The file contains the application by the Solutions in Education and Training, Inc. (SINE) to establish a Public Service Prep Academy (PSCPA) residential school in Benet Hall. This preparatory academy in public service careers would prepare students for enrollment in programs at Ivy Tech or Vincennes University. The plan did not come to fruition.
