St. Emma's Monastery remained a daughter house of St. Walburga Abbey in Eichstatt until 2010. The literature from St. Emma's, up until 2000, refers to the "Sisters of St. Benedict;" by 2000, their literature refers to them as "Benedictine Nuns". They continue to be called St. Emma's Monastery, not St. Emma's Abbey and they have a prioress, not an abbess. This file does appear to contain pertinent historical value regarding St. Walburga's Abbey in Eichstatt.
