William Muller, administrator of Regina Pacis Home, dated February 27, 1969, to Mother Julia Goebel in re postponing the project of having sisters from Monastery Immaculate Conception staff the Regina Pacis Home in the coming year. The sisters had a shortage of personnel available for this ministry.
