Sister Dolores Folz, O.S.B., was appointed in 2009 to direct the establishment of a lay volunteer program for the Ferdinand Benedictines. Sister Dolores was succeeded by Sister Mary Philip Berger, O.S.B., in summer of 2010. Beginning in 2020, Sister Doris Schepers, O.S.B. took over as program director.
