Kordes Enrichment Center formed an Advisory Council in 1985; the organizational chart shows the monastic chapter of the Sisters of St. Benedict, Inc., as the governing body; the constitution and bylaws and organizational chart for the advisory council indicates they serve solely as a consulting body to the director of the center, who in turn, reports to the Prioress.

The Kordes ministry operated under two names: Kordes Enrichment Center, Kordes Retreat Center. These materials reflect the strategic planning work of the Kordes Advisory Board for 1989-1999.

Kordes Hall was utilized as a Retreat Center in 2005 and 2006. It's use has been different throughout the years since the late 1970s.

The Kordes Retreat Center project was the effort to raise funds for an elevator in Kordes Retreat Center. Ground breaking for Phase One of the Handicap Accessibility Project took place on September 12, 2005.

These are miscellaneous materials which reflect the growth and development of Kordes Enrichment Center and Kordes Retreat Center from 1978 to 2006. In 2006 the Kordes ministry became a part of the Sisters of St. Benedict's total spirituality ministry.

These records were kept by Sister Joella Kidwell during her years as director of the Kordes Enrichment Center.

This was a study of the costs to continue the Kordes Enrichment Center ministry in Kordes Hall or to move the ministry to Benet Hall.

Sister Joella Kidwell, Prioress, wrote Baker & Daniels concerning the impact would be of opening Kordes to a for-profit organizations.

Because of financial losses at KEC in previous years, a task force was formed to look for new directions for the Center.
