              Kordes Enrichment Center formed an Advisory Council in 1985; the organizational chart shows the monastic chapter of the Sisters of St. Benedict, Inc., as the governing body; the constitution and bylaws and organizational chart for the advisory council indicates they serve solely as a consulting body to the director of the center, who in turn, reports to the Prioress.
